Step 2: Project Process

Help customers understand how they will work with you by answering some common questions
Process
Describe your process for completing this project, so that clients know what to expect.
Describe the key milestones in completing this project
Provide answers to common questions from clients
How will we communicate and track project progress?
How will revisions and approvals work?
What happens when the site is ready to go live?
Can you use my preferred styles (fonts, colors, etc.)?
How will I submit new requests for you to work on? How will I track the request status?
Will I be working with the same people across requests, or will it change for every request?
Will you know my brand’s styles? Will you keep this information on file?
When you complete a request, how will approval and publishing work?

Step 3: Project Media

Max file size: 4mb
File types: jpg, png, gif
Dimensions: 1.6 : 1 aspect ratio, min width 1000px
Record a short Loom video introducing yourself. We recommend your video be ~60 seconds, and should focus on introducing yourself/your company. You can also explain more about what your package is offering.
Make sure your video's sharing settings are set to, "Anyone with the link can view." Otherwise, clients will not be able to view your video. See Loom documentation here.

We also recommend disabling comments/reactions on your video. See instructions here.

Step 4: Pricing Tiers
Use the table below to define your pricing tiers. See live example
Define what line items you want to include in your package. This should align with the overall service you are offering. For example, if you are offering a package called “Add Zapier integration to your Webflow site,” you could create line items like:
• Number of Zaps Created
• Max # of Steps per Zap
• etc.
First, decide how you will limit the work clients can request each month (Number of Requests or Number of Hours). Then, complete the rest of the pricing table. See live example

Would you like to offer a non-recurring package of hours?
For clients who don’t want a recurring subscription, you can offer a bundle of hours at a pre-set price. For example, $500 for 10 hours.
Define 3 bundles of hours
We recommend giving a discount on the hourly rate for larger bundles. For example, if you charge $1,000 for a 10 hour bundle ($100/hr), you could charge $2,000 for a 25 hour bundle ($80/hr).

For each bundle, add a short description so customers know what to expect if they purchase that bundle. For example, in a 10 hour bundle, roughly what task(s) would you be able to complete for them?

Offer add-ons with your package (optional)
Offer add-ons that clients can select in addition to the tier they choose.

For example, if your "Starter" tier includes 3 static pages, you could define an add-on for $50 per additional static page. Then, if a customer needs 5 pages, they could choose the "Starter" tier plus two additional pages via the add-ons.

Contact our team and we can configure this for you. Just let us know the name of the add-on, the price, and whether the add-on adds any extra days to the delivery timeline.

Step 5: Calendly link for kick-off call

Add a link so clients can book a kick-off call with you after purchasing your package
FAQs
What if I don’t have a Calendly account?
If you don't have a Calendly account, you can sign up for a free account on Calendly.com. This will allow you to create one event, which you can use for your instant hire package.

If you end up creating multiple instant hire packages, you can either use this same Calendly link for the kickoff call of all your packages, or you can upgrade to a paid Calendly account to create multiple events.
Can I use a different scheduling service?
During the beta, we are only supporting Calendly. In the future we may add support for other scheduling services. If you don't have a Calendly account yet, you can follow the instructions in the FAQ above to create a free account!
How long should this kickoff call event be?
The length of the kickoff call is up to you, but we recommend something around 30 minutes. It should be enough time for you and the client to get introduced and discuss everything needed to get the project started.

You can always schedule additional calls or communicate with the client via email after the kickoff call.
Can I re-use an existing Calendly event?
Yes, if you already have an existing Calendly event that would work well for this purpose, you can re-use it. However, we ask that you make sure the name and description of the event makes it clear to the client that they are booking a call with you to discuss their Webflow project.
