Journey Lab is a creative and growth agency in New York. We build brands, websites and marketing that work as one plan, for founder-led brands, established companies and nonprofits.

Before we design anything, we learn how your business makes money. Then strategy, brand, website and marketing are planned together, so nothing gets lost between a designer, a developer and an agency.

On Webflow, we build sites your team can run themselves. We moved Powerhouse Arts, a landmark arts center in Brooklyn, off a site it couldn't edit and onto Webflow, with program pages, booking and a Google Ad Grant behind it.

You work with one lead who knows your business and a specialist for every part of the work: brand, design, development, SEO, email and ads. Every project starts with a written Flight Plan that sets out the approach, scope, investment and how we'll measure success.

Our roots are in experience design. Journey Lab began as an immersive theatre and production studio, staging shows in New York, Moscow and Saint Petersburg, and brand experiences for Google, Mercedes-Benz and Campari. Before that, our founder worked inside fast-growing consumer brands, including Warby Parker, Larsson & Jennings and Away.
